Business-first
The site, the language, and the work all need to feel useful to owners and operators, not impressive to other agencies.
About ZalaStack
I help small and local businesses improve the systems behind their work: workflow, automation, opportunity tracking, infrastructure, content operations, and the day-to-day setup that keeps things moving.
How it fits together
ZalaStack is the main front door for the work. Some projects stay in the parent systems practice. Others connect more directly to Opportunity Desk, Owned Cloud, or FRAME YYC depending on the kind of help that is needed.
Opportunity Desk is the public opportunity and bid-readiness lane. Owned Cloud is the infrastructure and digital ownership lane. FRAME YYC is the content systems and production lane. They matter when the work naturally belongs there, but the goal is still the same: make things run better.
Operating posture
The site, the language, and the work all need to feel useful to owners and operators, not impressive to other agencies.
Modernization matters, but only when it reduces friction, strengthens execution, or improves the way the business runs.
The work should stay close enough to real operations that it still makes sense once the kickoff call is over.
Services
ZalaStack stays closest to the parent systems practice, but some work reaches the market through focused service lanes built for specific kinds of business pressure.
Public opportunities
Opportunity Desk helps capable suppliers spot relevant public opportunities, understand requirements, decide whether to pursue, and organize response packages without making ZalaStack the buyer or supplier of record.
Infrastructure
Owned Cloud handles private cloud, infrastructure, backup, automation, and digital ownership for businesses that need dependable systems and more control over how their work runs.
Content systems
FRAME YYC builds content systems and visual production for brands and local businesses, turning planning, production, and delivery into a more repeatable part of the business.
ZalaStack is built to make the next useful move clearer—not to bury the business under strategy theatre.
