Best first message

You do not need a long brief.

A short note with these three things is enough:

  • what is getting delayed, missed, or done twice
  • who is involved in the current process
  • what should feel easier after the first fix

If the issue is Opportunity Desk, include the public opportunity, buyer, category, region, deadline, or document concern you want reviewed.

Good fit

ZalaStack is usually a good fit when:
